Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from our store. After 30 days, we do not offer any refunds. In the event of a refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item, unless the item arrived broken or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
We charge a 20% service fee for no-shows. If you are 15 minutes late, there is a $20 fee. For lateness of 30+ minutes, a $50 fee is charged. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments.
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales of tutorials are final and non-refundable.
