Appointment Booking

- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment, we charge 20% of the service charge as a no-show fee.
- Late Policy: If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, a $20 fee will be applied. If you are 30 minutes or more late, a $50 fee will be charged.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from our store.
- 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, we do not offer any refunds.
- Return Shipping: In the event of a refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. However, if the item arrives broken or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Paid Tutorials
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales of tutorials are final.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any of our subscription or one-time payment tutorials. Once purchased, all digital content is non-refundable.
